When we first met, Michelle fell in love with Dani’s sense of humor, kindness and adventurous spirit. Dani decided she was “the one” when he realized how passionate she was about her students, family and friends. We got married in 2004 and thought we would have children right away, but after seven years of marriage we look forward to building our family through adoption. We live on the East side of Dallas where trees are mature, neighbors are friendly, and Church friends are all around us. 

Dani came to Texas from Lebanon in 1992 to attend SMU where he received his doctorate in engineering. He works as product manager for an engineering company here in Dallas. He is all about quantity when it comes to cooking on the grill. He loves camping and plans all the fun activities for teenagers who attend an annual Memorial Day Christian retreat. When family and friends get together, Dani is always looking for an opportunity to hold a baby. 

Michelle is a native Texan and was adopted by her aunt and uncle when she was little. She graduated from Centenary University with her degree in education and music. She finds great joy teaching 3 and 4 year-olds at a Christian Day School. She spends her days singing, making play dough, kissing boo-boos and loving every munchkin in her class. She is a caring person who goes out of her way to bring joy to others with her smile, thoughtful encouragement, and maybe some home baked cookies. Michelle looks forward to staying at home with the new baby and later to taking the child with her to school, working only 4 hours a day.

We love children and we are surrounded by a wonderful family and friends that support us. We pray daily for a child to love and nurture. We also pray for the birth mother who is making the selfless decision to entrust her child to us. We will devote our lives to raising the baby to be a happy, healthy person who knows how very much he/she is loved by both his adoptive parents and his courageous birth mother.
